The Verdict
This gin bar in Redfern, Moya’s Juniper Lounge, features an old world gin influenced cocktail list with lesser known classics like the Charlie Chaplin (bitter truth sloe gin, apricot brandy and lime juice) and the Florodora (Plymouth gin, lime juice, framboise, ginger ale top).
Keeping with the classic cocktail bar vibes, the bartop is weathered and ‘well-loved’ and the dim lighting make it ideal for Friday night drinks with a special friend. For the non-cocktail drinkers, there is also craft beer and wine list to keep you well hydrated.
